Apply for a grant

Please read the following to ensure your grant application qualifies for support and that you understand our terms and conditions:

• The Percy Davies Trust has an annual budget of c.£20,000. Grants can be requested up to a maximum of £4,000.
• Grant requests are only accepted from groups and organisations, not individuals.
• Requests for grants of £500 or less are not required to demonstrate funding from other sources.
• Requests for grants over £500 will need to show evidence of financial support from other sources.
• For grants over £500, the Trust requires that successful applicants report on their project after completion or within two years, whichever is sooner. No follow up is required for small grants.
• Grants will not normally be awarded to the same organisation or group more than once every three years.
• Grants will not normally be awarded to support a project which has previously received a grant from the Trust.
• Applicants are required to submit copies of their articles of association, rules or constitution and to share financial documents (accounts/bank statements) from their organisation together with relevant information related to their grant application, e.g. other sources of funding, quotations for work, materials etc.
